Nothing much happened today

The equipment arrived, workers showed up, and hay bales were put in the front yard. I left at 8:30 this morning and nothing else happened. The neighbors came over to see the progress and were disappointed.
I'm going to leave my truck in the driveway so the equipment can't be taken away.
