Another closet done.

I finished the clean up of the second closet in the bedroom, and I'm starting on the closet in the garage.

Visitors

Yesterday we had visitors, Amy, Shana, and Julie, my nieces came to visit. The first thing they did was to check out the view from the bathroom, (They agreed with David on the placement of the toilet.) Then they spent some time in the water.
We cooked hamburgers for supper and we made Bananas Foster in the wok for desert.

To cap off the day, we added some more art to the art garage.

I hope they made it home OK, Amy's car was making a lot of noise. So if you come to visit, Linda and I will entertain and feed you!

Cleaning up the yard.

The old boat has been sitting in the yard for the past two years. The boat has not gone into the lake, because we did not have a good place to put the boat. Also the boat was build in 1974 so it is over 33 years old and is getting a little soft. We have the boat to the Mass Maritime Academy. I will be looking for a newer boat soon.


We moved a cedar swing from the old house to the basement of the new house and it has been taking up space in the basement since we moved. Over the weekend I set up the swing in the front yard. With the donation of the boat, the front yard looks better, and I have more room in the basement.

BlueBerries (part 2)

I spread mulch on the blueberrry patch this morning.

If you look closely you can see this year's harvest. There might be enought for a muffin if the neighbors don't eat them first.

BlueBerries

This morning I planted blueberry bushes, along the drive way. When I took out the bushes, I told my neighbor that I would replant the space with the same type of bushes. He said he didn't care what was planted. I then suggested blueberries. The neighbor said blueberries would be great, so we have blueberries.
